· Is placing ads on Passion-hub free of charge?
Advertising on Passion-hub is completely FREE! Creating your profile and placing an ad costs you nothing. You can publish one ad per day and refresh it at regular intervals.
However, Passion-hub attracts thousands of daily visitors and advertisers. That’s why it’s much more effective to upgrade your ad to DIAMOND to keep it visible at the top of the homepage.
If you want even more exposure or prefer a fixed placement, PLATINUM ads are available with enhanced visibility and premium positions.

· What is the expected review time for my ad?
During office hours, your ad is reviewed as quickly as possible. This may take just a few minutes, but during busy periods, it may take longer.
Outside of office hours, the review time can be up to 24 hours after submission.
You will receive an email with the status of your ad once it has been reviewed. If approved, you can activate it immediately.
· How can I adjust my options?
You can edit your options through the profile editor. On your dashboard, click on "Profile" in the left-hand menu. Then go to the "Options" tab and make the desired changes. Don’t forget to click "Save" to confirm the updates.
· How do I change my rates?
You can update your rates via your profile editor. Just follow these steps:
- Go to your dashboard.
- Click on "Profile" in the left menu.
- On the profile page, go to the "Contact" tab.
- Scroll down to find the rate settings.
- Update and click "Save" to confirm the changes.
· What is the "Verified" label and how do I get it?
The "Verified" label is a free quality mark given after one of our moderators confirms that your photos or videos are truly yours.
You’ll be asked to upload a verification photo — a picture of you holding a white paper with the handwritten date and the letters “P-H”. This helps us confirm that the person behind the ad matches the visuals.
· What does the “Diamond” label mean and how do I get it?
Diamond ads are highlighted ads activated with credits. These users are often recently active, which increases the chances of fast responses.
The “Diamond” label shows that the advertiser has invested in visibility. You can activate it easily via your dashboard by clicking "Diamond".
· What does the “Platinum” label mean and how do I get it?
In addition to Diamond, you can also choose a Platinum ad placed in top spots like:
- Homepage banner: unique format seen by thousands daily
- Category positions: such as escort, massage, private reception, etc.
- Slider ads: visible across almost all pages
A Platinum ad stays active for at least 1 week and doesn’t require constant renewal. You can activate it from your dashboard under "Platinum".
· What does the “Only Safe Sex” label mean?
This label shows that the advertiser offers safe-only services, meaning all sexual activities are performed with protection. It’s a trust marker for clients seeking safe and hygienic experiences.
· What are credits and how do I use them?
Credits are in-platform currency to upgrade your ad to Diamond or Platinum. You can buy them online or via bank transfer. They never expire.
· How do I activate my ad?
From your dashboard, click "Activate" or "Renew" below your ad. On the activation page, select either Diamond or Platinum.

· I don’t want to receive emails through the contact form. How do I disable it?
To disable incoming emails:
- Go to "Profile" in your dashboard.
- Click on step 3: "Contact".
- Choose between email, messages, or disable both.
- Click "Save" to confirm.
You can change this again at any time.
· I can’t find my ads anymore. What happened?
This may mean your ad was blocked for violating our rules. Passion-hub allows freedom, but certain guidelines must be followed.
A common reason is photo fraud. Always use honest, self-owned pictures. Even a simple anonymous selfie is more effective than fake images.
Be sure to read our advertising rules carefully. Following them helps build a good reputation and encourages repeat clients.

· How can I delete an ad?
From your dashboard, locate the ad. On the right side of the white action bar, click "Delete Ad". Confirm to remove it instantly.
· Can I add ads or profiles to favorites?
Yes, here’s how:
- Create a Passion-hub account if you don’t have one yet.
- Visit an ad or profile page.
- Click the red star icon below the ad or profile info.
- Access your favorites from the “Favorites” section in your dashboard.
· What kind of photos are allowed?
Photos must be respectful and follow our community rules. The following are not allowed:
- Images showing third parties without consent
- Photos showing only genitals
- Explicit sexual acts (penetration, oral sex, masturbation, etc.)
Erotic and nude photos are allowed as long as they remain within our guidelines.
· What type of videos are allowed?
The same rules apply to videos. The following are not allowed:
- Videos with people who haven’t given consent
- Footage showing only genitals
- Hardcore videos with explicit acts
Erotic or nude videos are allowed if they respect the platform’s standards.
· What is allowed in my ad title and text?
Passion-hub is open-minded, but strictly prohibits:
- Any illegal content (e.g. drugs, underage, animals)
- Prices or terms like "promo" or "discount" in titles
- Listing other cities or regions not matching your real location
Prices should only be added via the profile fields provided.
· What are the rules for my profile name?
Your name may contain up to 5 words. Do not include pricing, phone numbers, cities, or keywords like “promo”.
Examples of allowed names: “Sweet Barbie”, “Sexy Baby”. Real names are not required — your privacy is respected.
· Can I find out why my account was blocked?
Your account may be blocked for several reasons — the most common being photo misuse (e.g. using images that aren't yours). Other reasons include rule violations or illegal content.
If you believe your account was blocked by mistake, email us at [email protected]. We take your concerns seriously and will investigate your case thoroughly.
· How can I change my email address?
- Go to your dashboard and click on "Account".
- Replace your current email with the new one.
- Click "Save" to confirm.
- You will receive an activation link at your new email address. Click to confirm.

· How do I change my password?
If you are logged in:
- Go to "Account" on your dashboard.
- Use the "Change Password" option and follow the instructions.
If you’re not logged in, use the "Forgot password?" link on the login page to reset it.
· I forgot my password — what should I do?
- Go to the "Forgot password" page.
- Enter your account email address.
- Check your inbox for a reset link.
- Click the link to set a new password.
- Didn’t receive an email? Check your spam or junk folder.
· How can I delete my account?
- Log in and go to the "Delete Account" section.
- Tick the confirmation boxes to agree to permanent deletion.
- Click "Delete Account".
Your account and ads will be removed immediately. This action is final and cannot be reversed.
· What should I know about human trafficking, forced prostitution or underage sex work?
It’s important to be alert to signs of possible abuse or exploitation. Warning signs may include:
- Available 24/7 or for all types of unprotected sex
- Fearful or sad expression
- Doesn’t know their location
- Doesn’t speak the local language
- Gets dropped off and picked up by someone else
- You made the appointment with a third party
- They must hand over the money to someone else
If you suspect forced sex work or underage activity, take the following actions:
- Click "Report abuse" on the ad or profile
- Contact the police directly
- Reach out to an aid center such as Payoke, Pag-Asa or Sürya
If you suspect someone is underage:
- Ask politely for proof of age
- If unsure, leave the location or end the appointment
- Report it to Child Focus via 116 000 or online
· How can I report abuse or scams?
- Go to the ad or profile in question
- Click on the "Report abuse" link on the right-hand side
- Complete the form with the necessary details
- Our moderators will take appropriate action
- You’ll receive an email confirming your report has been received
