What are credits?
Credits are Passion Hub's in-app currency. You use them to promote your listing, give it extra visibility, and everything is neatly tracked in your own history. This article explains what credits are, what you spend them on, and how to keep an eye on your balance.
Start free with 200 credits
As soon as you register on Passion Hub, you immediately receive 200 free credits on your account. That lets you try out the possibilities right away: activate a tier, give your listing a boost, without having to buy anything first. Need more later? Simply top up with extra credits whenever you like.
What do you spend credits on?
Credits are used for anything related to promotion:
- Paid tiers: activating Diamond or Platina for your listing.
- Renewals: letting your tier automatically continue after the current period ends.
- Platina placements: choosing an eye-catching spot, such as the homepage slider or a category banner.
- Bump Up: sending your listing straight back to the top of the results in one click. This costs 2 credits each time.
That way you never pay per action with your card directly. You top up your credit balance and use it however you like for the promotion that suits you best.
Everything tracked in your credit history
Every purchase and every credit you spend is automatically logged in your credit history. For each transaction you can see:
- your balance before and after the transaction,
- and a short description (for example "Bump Up" or "Diamond tier, weekly renewal").
That way you always know exactly where your credits went, with no surprises. You can check your history at any time from your dashboard.
Good to know
- Credits are personal and tied to your account.
- Your free 200 credits are added automatically. You don't need to do anything for that.
- Don't have enough credits for a renewal? Then your listing drops back to the free Free tier, and we'll let you know.
