This document governs the use of the platform www.passion-hub.be, operated by MAF NV, Fortsteenweg 52, 2970 Schilde, Belgium – KBO BE 0436.315.106 – 📧 [email protected] –

1. General

Passion Hub is an adult-content portal website that connects users and visitors. By using this platform, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms of Use and all related policies.

2. Definitions

User account: your personal dashboard used to post ads and manage settings.
User profile: part of your account, created at registration, with your nickname, age (18+), email, and birthdate.
Advertisement: an ad or banner published by a user to promote their services.
Advertiser: a user who has posted one or more advertisements.
Visitor: any person browsing the website and able to contact users.
Private message: a direct message between users (e.g., via SMS).
Credits: digital currency used to boost ad visibility on the site.

3. Use of the Service

This is an adult-oriented platform. Users must be of legal age (18+ in Belgium).
MAF does not organize physical meetings and is not liable for user behavior offline.
Users are strongly advised to take precautions when meeting others in person.
Use from other countries is allowed but remains the user's legal responsibility.
By ticking “I accept the terms of use,” you enter into a binding agreement with MAF.

4. Registration

You must register to access ad functionality. Only one account per person is allowed. All information must be accurate and personal. Identity fraud is a criminal offense and will be reported. Shared or transferred profiles are not allowed.

5. Information reliability

All ad content is user-generated. Passion-hub is not responsible for errors, inaccuracies, or illegal content. Inappropriate, misleading, or infringing content may be removed without notice.

6. Advertisements

Ads may be free but can be promoted for greater visibility using credits.
All ads are subject to manual verification including ID and selfie check.
MAF reserves the right to suspend or remove ads that violate laws or policies.

7. Delivery & Payment

Orders are confirmed by email. Services are delivered after payment and ad approval. Payments are handled via secure gateways (SSL encryption) and comply with international standards. Errors in pricing may be corrected post-purchase.

8. Right of Withdrawal

You may request a refund for unused credits within 14 days. If credits are used before the withdrawal period ends, the right lapses, in accordance with Belgian law (art. VI.53 WER).

9. Usage Restrictions

Scraping, data-mining, bots, and crawlers are strictly forbidden.
Spam, harassment, or unauthorized access will result in suspension or removal.
Users must not jeopardize the platform’s security or user experience.

10. Privacy

Passion Hub processes personal data in accordance with applicable GDPR legislation.
When creating an account, your personal and identity information may be manually reviewed to verify that you meet our requirements (such as being of legal age and providing accurate information).
After successful verification and approval of your account details, this information is automatically deleted from our system. We do not store copies of identity documents or personal data beyond what is strictly necessary for the verification process.

11. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, images, and materials on this website are property of Passion-hub. By uploading content, the user grants Passion-hub a license to use, share, and display it in connection with the platform’s operation.

12. External Links

Links to third-party websites are beyond our control and responsibility. Deep-linking and framing are not allowed without prior written permission.

13. Liability

The platform is provided “as is” and “as available.”
Pasion-hub is only liable for proven and repeated contractual faults, with a maximum liability of €30.
No responsibility is accepted for indirect damages, lost profit, or third-party behavior.
Force majeure events release MAF from obligations during their duration.
