These terms and conditions apply to the use of the platform www.passion-hub.be. The platform is operated by:

1. General

Passion Hub is an online platform for adult listings. Advertisers offer erotic and intimate services within the legal framework, and visitors can contact them directly.

By using the platform, you agree to these terms, to our privacy policy and to our cookie policy. Ticking "I accept the terms and conditions" when you register or make a purchase counts as your legal agreement.

2. Definitions

  • Platform: the website www.passion-hub.be and all services offered on it
  • User: anyone who uses the platform, as a visitor or as an advertiser
  • Visitor: a user who views listings and contacts advertisers
  • Advertiser: a user with an account who places listings
  • Independent advertiser: an advertiser who works for themselves and manages their own listings
  • Agency: an advertiser who represents several people and manages listings on their behalf
  • Erotica business: an advertiser who runs an erotica business or establishment
  • Account: an advertiser's personal area, with their profile and account details
  • Listing: the content an advertiser publishes on the platform
  • Credits: the platform's internal currency, which independent advertisers and agencies use to pay for plans and extras for their listings
  • Plan: the level at which a listing is shown, such as Free, Diamond, Platina or Premium

3. Using the platform

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the platform.
  • MAF doesn't arrange meetings and is not a party to any arrangement between visitors and advertisers. Contact and payments between them happen directly and outside the platform.
  • MAF is not responsible for what happens outside the platform. Take your own precautions when you meet someone.
  • You may use the platform from abroad, as long as you comply with the laws of that country.

4. Registration and account

  • You register with correct and up-to-date details. You don't use a false identity or create multiple accounts.
  • You keep your password secret. You're responsible for everything that happens through your account.
  • Independent advertisers verify their identity with a passport or ID and a selfie.
  • Agencies and erotica businesses provide their company details, such as company name, contact person and VAT number.
  • An agency guarantees that every person it represents is at least 18, takes part voluntarily and has explicitly agreed to the listing. The agency must be able to prove this at our request.
  • In case of abuse or a breach of these terms, MAF may suspend or delete your account.
  • You can have your account deleted at any time by emailing [email protected].

5. Listings

  • A listing only becomes visible after verification of your identity and age (for independent advertisers) or of your company details (for agencies and erotica businesses).
  • Listings by or for minors are strictly forbidden.
  • The content must be lawful, honest and relevant. Photos and videos show the person offering the services, and everyone who appears in them has given their consent.
  • Content that suggests coercion, exploitation, human trafficking or that someone is a minor is forbidden.
  • MAF may refuse, change or remove listings that break the law or these terms. If we do, we'll tell you why, unless the law forbids us or it would put a criminal investigation at risk.

6. Reliability of information

Advertisers post the content on the platform themselves. MAF doesn't check every listing in advance for accuracy and doesn't guarantee that the information is correct or complete. Inappropriate, unlawful or misleading content is forbidden and may be removed.

7. Credits and plans

These rules apply to independent advertisers and agencies.

  • You receive 200 free credits when you register.
  • You buy credits through Stripe (card payment) or Neosurf (prepaid voucher). You see the price before you pay.
  • Credits can't be exchanged for money and can't be transferred to another account.
  • You use credits for paid plans (Diamond and Platina), renewals, Platina placements and Bump Up.
  • Paid plans renew automatically using your credits. If you don't have enough credits, your listing goes back to the free plan and you get a notification.
  • After a purchase, check that your credits have been added to your account correctly. Report any problem to [email protected].
  • We may correct an obvious pricing error afterwards.

8. Premium for erotica businesses

Erotica businesses don't use credits. They choose between a free plan and a paid Premium plan.

  • Premium is billed monthly through Stripe. You see the price and VAT before you pay.
  • Each account can use a free 14-day trial once, without payment details.
  • You receive an invoice before the end of each period. If you pay it, Premium is extended by one month. If you don't, your establishment goes back to the free plan after the current period.
  • You can cancel at any time. Premium then stays active until the end of the period you've already paid for.

9. Right of withdrawal and refunds

  • As a consumer, you can ask for a refund of paid credits you haven't used yet within 14 days of purchase.
  • The 200 free credits and credits you've already spent on a plan or extra are not refunded.
  • Once a service has started at your request, the right of withdrawal for that service lapses, in accordance with article VI.53 of the Belgian Code of Economic Law.
  • For Premium, the right of withdrawal ends as soon as the paid period starts. Cancelling stops the next renewal, but a current period is not refunded.

10. Prohibited use

You may not:

  • scrape the platform or collect data with bots, spiders or other automated means
  • carry out data mining
  • send spam or chain letters, or harass or stalk other users
  • get around the verification or use someone else's account
  • use the platform for anything that breaks the law

A breach can lead to the temporary or permanent removal of your account and listings.

11. Reporting illegal content

Do you see a listing you believe is illegal or breaks these terms? Report it to us through the contact form or at [email protected]. Include in your report:

  • the link to the listing
  • why you think the content is illegal
  • your name and email address
  • that you're making the report in good faith

Your name and email address are not required if you're reporting suspected child sexual abuse. We handle every report carefully and as quickly as possible, and let you know what we decided. If you suspect abuse of a minor, you can also contact Child Focus.

12. Privacy

Passion Hub processes personal data in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). When an independent advertiser registers, we check the identity documents by hand to confirm that they're of age and that their details are genuine. After that check we delete the documents from our system. You can read more in our privacy policy.

13. Intellectual property

All content, trademarks and data of the platform itself belong to MAF and are protected. By uploading content you grant MAF a non-exclusive licence to show that content on the platform and to use it for running and promoting your listing. This licence ends when you remove the content.

14. External links

Links to external websites are outside our control. We're not responsible for the content of those websites. Deep linking to or framing the platform is not allowed without our prior permission.

15. Liability

  • You use the platform at your own risk. The services are provided "as is".
  • In case of force majeure, we may suspend the service without you being entitled to compensation.
  • Our liability is limited to a maximum of €30, unless a mandatory legal provision says otherwise.

16. Reporting abuse and exploitation

MAF immediately reports every possible case of abuse, exploitation or human trafficking it becomes aware of to the competent police services or judicial authorities, in accordance with article 433quater/2 of the Belgian Criminal Code.

For police and judicial authorities: we have a separate point of contact at [email protected]. We handle requests free of charge and without undue delay. In urgent cases we respond within 24 hours.

18. Changes

We may change these terms. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. We let registered users know about important changes by email in advance. If you keep using the platform after that, you agree to the new terms.

19. Governing law and jurisdiction

  • These terms are governed exclusively by Belgian law.
  • Disputes are brought before the courts of Antwerp. If you're a consumer, you keep the protection that the mandatory rules of your country of residence give you.
  • If a provision is invalid, the other provisions remain fully in force.

These terms are protected by copyright. Reproduction or distribution without written permission from MAF is not allowed.
