How Passion Hub works
Curious how Passion Hub actually works? In this article, we'll walk through the full journey for both sides of the platform: advertisers presenting themselves, and visitors looking for someone. That way, you'll know exactly what to expect and where to go for more details.
For advertisers: from registration to promotion
As an advertiser, you go through a few clear steps:
- Register: create an account through a 3-step wizard: contact details, a password, and identity verification (a selfie and a passport or ID). You must be at least 18 years old.
- Verify your identity: we check your documents, and only after that can your listing become visible to visitors.
- Build your listing: through a 5-step wizard, you choose a category, fill in your personal details and services, add photos, videos, a title and description, set your location and availability, and optionally block certain countries.
- Promote (optional): with credits, you can promote your listing to Diamond or Platina for extra visibility and a higher position in search results.

For visitors: search, filter, get in touch
If you're a visitor, it's even simpler:
- Search or browse: use the quick search, or browse by region via the map (province and municipality).
- Filter: narrow your results by category and other attributes, or search by location and radius to find someone nearby.
- Get in touch: found a listing you like? Reach out directly using the phone number, WhatsApp link, or social media links on the listing.
Everything you need is laid out clearly on the listing itself, so you can connect quickly and easily. Want to know more? Read Searching and filtering.
Credits and promotion
Advertisers can promote their listing using credits, Passion Hub's internal currency. New users receive 200 free credits on registration, and you can buy more via Stripe or Neosurf. They're used for paid plans (Diamond and Platina), renewals, and Bump Up. Every purchase and spend stays neatly tracked in your credit history.
Contact always happens directly
Good to know: Passion Hub itself doesn't arrange appointments, payments, or messages between advertiser and visitor. Once you're in touch by phone, WhatsApp, or social media, everything else happens off-platform: just like any other direct contact.
