About to create your first listing, or have questions about managing one? Here's an overview of the questions we hear most.
How do I create a listing?
You go through a five-step wizard: category, identity & appearance, services, listing details (photos, text, location, availability), and finally choosing your plan (Free, Diamond, or Platina). You can always go back a step to adjust something before publishing.
How many photos can I add?
You can upload multiple photos and videos and reorder them yourself by dragging. At least one photo is required; without any photos your listing shows a placeholder image instead.
Are my photos watermarked?
Yes, photos you upload are automatically watermarked. Videos also get a preview frame so visitors can immediately see what the video is about.
Why isn't my listing visible?
The most common reason is that your identity verification hasn't been approved yet, and that's required before a listing becomes publicly visible. A paused, expired, or incomplete listing also won't appear in search results. Check your listing's status in your dashboard.
Can I edit, pause, or delete my listing?
Absolutely. From your dashboard you can edit your listing, pause it (which freezes the remaining time on your plan) and resume it later, or delete it altogether. You can also cancel your subscription, which drops your listing back to Free.
How do I set my availability and opening hours?
When filling in your listing details, you specify your availability / opening hours so visitors know when to reach you. You can adjust this any time by editing your listing.
Can I block certain countries from seeing my listing?
Yes, in the listing details step you can optionally block specific countries, so your listing won't be visible to visitors from those countries. Handy if you'd rather not receive visitors from certain regions.
What is Bump Up and what does it cost?
Bump Up puts your listing back at the top of the search results with one click. It costs 2 credits per use and is a quick way to get noticed again without changing your whole plan.
