Editing your profile
Your profile is where all your personal account details come together. In this article, we show you where to manage those details, why it's important to keep them up to date, and how this relates to managing a listing.
Where do I find my profile?
Once you're logged in, you'll find your profile in your dashboard. This is where you manage the details tied to your account: your name, email address, and phone number, along with your identity verification. It's your personal headquarters on Passion Hub, separate from any listings you place.
Editing your details
To update something, go to your profile in the dashboard and edit the field you want to change. This includes:
- Your name and contact details.
- Your phone number, so we can reach you if needed.
- Your email address, which you use to log in and receive notifications.
Save your changes and they take effect immediately on your account.
Why up-to-date details matter
Keeping your contact details current is more than a formality. A correct email address means you'll never miss an important notification, for example about your verification, your account, or other things that need your attention. An accurate phone number helps us reach you whenever necessary. In short: the more accurate your details, the more smoothly everything runs.
Editing your profile versus managing your listing
It's good to know the difference between your profile and your listing:
- Your profile holds your personal account details: that's what this article covers.
- Your listing is what visitors see when they search on Passion Hub, with its own content such as photos, description, location, and availability.
So editing your profile doesn't change anything in your published listing, and vice versa. Want to update your listing's photos, text, or settings? You do that through managing your listing, not through your profile.

- Changes to your profile details show up in your dashboard immediately.
- You only need to go through identity verification once; it's separate from small profile updates like changing your phone number.
- Made a change and aren't sure it went through? Just check your profile again, or reach out to support if you're unsure.
