Creating an account
Would you like to place an ad on Passion-Hub? First, create an account. Follow the steps below. Each step includes an image showing you what to do.
After registering, you need to confirm your email address. You can then follow the separate guide to create your ad.
You must be 18 or older to create an account.
Step 1: Click Log in
Go to the Passion-Hub homepage and click the Log in button in the top right corner.
Step 2: Choose your language and create an account
Click the flag and select your preferred language. Then click Create account to register.
Step 3: Select Independent
Would you like to place and manage your own ad? Select Independent.
Step 4: Enter your advertising name
Enter the name you would like to use in your ad. This does not have to be your real name.
Step 5: Enter your email address
Use a valid work email address with an inbox you can access yourself. We will send a confirmation email to this address.
Check that you have entered the address correctly.
Step 6: Enter your work mobile number
Click the flag and select the country associated with your phone number. Then enter your work mobile number.
Step 7: Choose a password
Choose a strong password and keep it somewhere safe. You will need it to log in again.
Enter exactly the same password in the Confirm password field.
Step 8: Upload your ID card or passport
Upload a clear photo of your valid ID card or passport. Make sure all corners are visible and the information is easy to read.
The personal details in the example below are hidden. They must be clearly readable in the photo you upload.
Step 9: Upload your selfie with today’s date
Take a clear selfie with your face fully visible. Hold a piece of paper showing Passion-Hub and today’s date.
Make sure there is enough light and do not wear sunglasses. Then upload the photo.
The face in the example below is hidden. Your face must be clearly visible in your own photo. Use the date on which you take the selfie.
Step 10: Create your account
Check your details and make sure you have added both your ID card or passport photo and your selfie.
Step 11: Open your inbox
Open the inbox for the email address you entered. You will receive a confirmation email from Passion-Hub.
If you cannot find it, check your spam or junk folder. If needed, click Resend to request a new confirmation email.
Step 12: Confirm your email address
Open the email from Passion-Hub and click the red Confirm email address button.
The link is valid for 60 minutes. If it has expired, request a new confirmation email by clicking Resend.
Your email address is now confirmed. You can continue with the Create your first ad guide. Your identity verification must also be approved before your ad can be published.
Why do we ask for verification right away?
You might wonder why verification is already part of registration. That's on purpose: identity verification is required before a listing can become visible to visitors. By including it during registration, you won't need to think about it later. You'll be ready to go as soon as your verification is approved.
Don't worry: your documents are stored privately and handled confidentially. They're used only to confirm who you are and that you're of legal age.
After registering: confirm your email
Once your account is created, we'll send you a confirmation email. Click the link in that email to verify your email address. It's a short, standard step that makes sure we can always reach you about your account.
Once your email is confirmed and your identity verification is approved, you can place a listing that will actually become publicly visible in search results.
What if I'm not verified yet?
No problem: your account still exists, and you can already have a look around your dashboard in the meantime. Whenever you're ready to confirm your identity, you can do so from your profile. Without verification, though, your listing can't be published yet.
Tips for a smooth registration
- Make sure your selfie is sharp and well-lit, without sunglasses or a cap.
- Use a valid, legible passport or ID document: all corners visible and not blurry.
- Use an email address you check regularly so you don't miss the confirmation email.
