Want to give your listing extra promotion with Diamond or Platina, or just send it a Bump Up? Then you'll need credits. This article covers the available packages, how to pay, and what to keep in mind when buying.
The credit packages
You buy credits in fixed packages. The bigger the package, the more credits you get per euro, great value if you advertise regularly.
| Price | Credits |
|---|---|
| €5.00 | 10 |
| €15.00 | 25 |
| €20.00 | 45 |
| €30.00 | 70 |
| €40.00 | 90 |
| €50.00 | 110 |
| €70.00 | 160 |
| €80.00 | 180 |
| €100.00 | 220 |
| €150.00 | 330 |
| €220.00 | 500 |
Not sure which package to pick? First check how many credits the tier or placement you have in mind costs (see Diamond and Platina and Platina placements and renewal), then choose the package that fits best. The larger packages give you relatively more credits per euro, so if you promote often, it pays off to buy a bit bigger.
How to pay
At checkout you choose between two payment methods:
- Stripe: pay securely with your debit or credit card. The amount is processed instantly and your credits appear on your account right away.
- Neosurf: pay with a prepaid Neosurf voucher, handy if you'd rather not use a card.
Both methods are secure, and your credits are added automatically as soon as the payment is confirmed.
Before you check out
For every purchase, we'll ask you to:
- accept the terms and conditions, and
- confirm you're of legal age.
This is a standard step on every transaction and only takes a few seconds.
What happens after purchase?
Once your payment is confirmed, the credits are automatically added to your balance. You can use them right away, for example to activate a tier or give your listing a Bump Up. The purchase also appears immediately in your credit history, showing the amount bought and your new balance.
Tips
- Buy a bigger package if you want to keep a tier active for a longer period. That way you don't have to top up as often.
- Keep your Neosurf voucher proof until the payment shows up on your account.
- Not sure about your balance? Check your credit history for a full overview.
